TalentLedger Employee Reminders is an internal notification program that sends employee reminder text messages — birthday and work anniversary reminders and related workplace notices — to team members who choose to receive them. Messages are informational; nothing in this program is marketing to the general public.
You can opt in two ways, and both are entirely optional:
When you opt in you'll receive a one-time confirmation message. Consent is not a condition of employment or of using TalentLedger.
Text STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any of our messages at any time. You'll receive a final confirmation that you've been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again (by texting JOIN or re-submitting the opt-in form).
Text HELP or INFO to any of our messages, visit this page, or contact your TalentLedger administrator.
Message frequency varies (typically a few messages per month). Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Check with your carrier for details.
Available on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you enroll, and the number must be a US number capable of receiving SMS.
Your mobile number and consent details are used only to run this program. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the full TalentLedger Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives at talentledger.app/sms-terms. Material changes will be reflected in an updated effective date above.
