TimeTracker is the time clock app from PSA Staffing, part of TalentLedger.
How to ask
- Email privacy@psastaffing.com or call 618-272-2171,
or tell your PSA recruiter. Include your name and the mobile number you sign in with, and say
you want your TimeTracker data deleted.
- We confirm it's you before deleting anything, usually by texting a code to that number or
calling you back.
- We delete the data listed below within 30 days and tell you when it's done.
What we delete
- Your TimeTracker sign-in.
- Every location record the app made (these also delete themselves after 90 days).
- The ID photo and selfie from your identity check.
- Any face template a time clock tablet used to recognize you.
- Your phone's device record and notification token.
What we keep, and why
- Punches, hours, timecards and pay records, for as long as payroll, tax and
employment law requires. You were paid from them, so the law requires PSA to keep them.
- A record of what you agreed to in the app and when, including that you asked
for deletion, so we can show what you agreed to and when.
- Your text opt-out, if you have one, so we never text a number that said
stop.
- Your employment file in PSA's staffing system, which follows PSA's employment
records rules. Ask your recruiter about it.
Only want the app to stop?
Open TimeTracker → Account and turn off Record my
location: recording stops at once. You can also turn off location or notifications for TimeTracker in your
phone's settings, or remove the app. You can clock in at the work site's tablet instead, and PSA
will not end your assignment because you stopped using the app.
Client contacts
To close a client portal login, ask your PSA account manager or use the contact details above.
We delete the login; the timecard approvals you made stay with the payroll records they belong to.
More detail is in the privacy policy.
